Michelle and Wam are a charming couple that decided to have their first Cancun anniversary portraits at Ritz Carlton. It was a nice evening working with them, the weather was ideal and they were ready to radiate love. The photoshoot went smoothly and like Michelle told me “we were able to be loose and just be ourselves right away” which is always the right combination to achieve awesome shots!
What would be the best way to celebrate Father’s day and your birthday all together? Well, Dara knew exactly what her husband Noah would love. She surprised him spending it with his beloved ones and capturing the moment having some Cancun beach family portraits at Gran Caribe Real! I enjoyed spending time looking and capturing how loving the Littles are!
This one was a very special Cancun beach family portraits session. Jennifer had contact me to do a great photo shoot with her beloved family and I suggested Playa Delfines, an amazing location in the Hotel Zone. The sand was clean that day, but Jennifer’s older daughter didn’t want to get her feet full of sand. This was not my first rodeo with children, so I used that to my advantage, asking the parents to pull her up around playfully. Her daddy was more than Ok with carrying his princess and that made for good pictures too!
Some time ago, Paty and Ruben contacted me to capture some of the sweetest moments in their lives. Paty is a recurring client of mine and I was completely excited to work with her wonderful family as it grows. This time we planned a newborn life style session! Just a week after his birth, they presented me with Jorge, a lovely baby boy I couldn’t keep my eyes off. Along for the session was little Yanela, Jorge’s proud older sister.
Wouldn’t it be amazing to celebrate a proposal with a trip to paradise? Angela and Howard booked their flights and had some Cancun beach engagement portraits done during their vacations! The turquoise of the ocean, the wide-sandy beaches, the blue sky… Cancun is definitely the right place to make some memories, and once you visit, you will want to come back year after year.
I was thrilled when Gaby contacted me again for some Playa del Carmen maternity portraits, two years after her trash the dress session at Kool Beach Club. Meeting her and Tony was like greeting old friends! I was so happy to see belly button Maria Paula, who they were expecting with so much love. You could see in Gaby’s eyes the excitement for her first daughter, and of course Tony was already plotting how he would turn her into a rocker girl.
Keyla and Jose woke up to a cloudy day for their Akumal beach trash the dress session. Their wedding day was exactly the same, but the locals here have a nice say: “Rain is a good omen, it brings good luck, cleansing and fertily”. These love birds decided to go with the flow, and that’s how a day with a chance of rain turned out to be great.
Today is children’s day, and I want to share with you this beautiful beach family portraits at the brand new Nizuc Resort and Spa! This was a very special ocasion for the family, celebrating the 5 year old birthday of Mylan and Lanvan. Mom thought on hiring a photographer and take back home the best gift of all: memories!
This time I was invited by my dear friend Melissa Mercado to tag along and photograph Ashley & Sean’s super chic destination wedding at Villa del Palmar . I had been before at this resort to photograph Claudia & Armando’s wedding two years ago. Villa del Palmar is known for their private beach and great acommodations, during the night the ligths from the main pool and surroundings give the perfect ambient to have a delicious dinner in one of their outdoor restaurants.
