Cancun Honeymoon Portraits – Larissa + Felipe

It’s amazing what two beautiful and genuine smiles can bring to a photo shoot! This lovely Brazilian couple had come to Cancun to celebrate their honeymoon, and they wanted to commemorate a wonderful trip with a romantic Cancun Honeymoon Portraits on the beach. Larissa and Felipe found me through the Brazilian website Casando em BH, where my previous clients Debora and Miikka had posted their photos.

I decided to take them to Playa Delfines, one of my absolute favorite photography locations in Cancun! This beach is the widest in the Cancun Hotel Zone and boasts some of the most magnificent blue water. Of course we took advantage of the beach’s different photo op locations, taking some shots from the lookout deck, the colorful “Cancun” sign, the palapas and right by the Caribbean Sea. I even had some fun while shooting this soccer-loving couple (they’re Cruzeiro fans!) by playing around with different props like their personalized wedding cake topper and some “l-o-v-e” letters.

Larissa’s colorful sundresses matched perfectly with the beach setting; bright colors and flowy styles turn out beautifully for beach photos! And for the second half of the photo shoot, Felipe made sure to break out his Cruzeiro soccer club shirt. Congrats on your wedding!
